EN The Journal of Tropical AgriFood (JTAF) provides an optional Fast-Track Review service for authors who require priority editorial processing and a more efficient publication workflow.
ID Journal of Tropical AgriFood (JTAF) menyediakan layanan Fast-Track Review opsional bagi penulis yang memerlukan prioritas pemrosesan editorial dan alur penerbitan yang lebih efisien.
Fast-Track Review includes a pre-submission editorial assessment, priority administrative handling, and accelerated processing after formal submission.
Fast-Track Review mencakup penilaian editorial sebelum submission, penanganan administratif prioritas, dan percepatan pemrosesan setelah artikel disubmit secara resmi.
Fast-Track Review does not replace peer review and does not guarantee acceptance or publication.
Fast-Track Review tidak menggantikan proses peer review serta tidak menjamin artikel akan diterima atau diterbitkan.
Key Policy / Kebijakan Utama
EN Important: Fast-Track Review does not bypass or replace the JTAF peer-review process. Fast-Track and regular manuscripts are evaluated under the same scientific standards, publication ethics, and editorial requirements.
ID Penting: Fast-Track Review tidak melewati atau menggantikan proses peer review JTAF. Artikel Fast-Track dan reguler tetap dinilai berdasarkan standar ilmiah, etika publikasi, dan ketentuan editorial yang sama.
EN Fast-Track Review Fee: IDR 300,000.
ID Biaya Fast-Track Review: Rp300.000.
EN Service-Level Target: The result of the pre-submission editorial assessment will be communicated within a maximum of 2 days after the manuscript is received.
ID Target Layanan: Hasil penilaian editorial pra-submission akan disampaikan paling lambat 2 hari setelah manuskrip diterima untuk proses Fast-Track.

Authors contact the JTAF Editorial Office through official WhatsApp or email channels and express their interest in Fast-Track processing.

Template Compliance / Penyesuaian Template
The manuscript must be prepared according to the current JTAF Article Template.
Manuskrip harus disesuaikan terlebih dahulu dengan JTAF Article Template yang berlaku.
Pre-Submission Editorial Assessment / Penilaian Editorial Pra-Submission
The manuscript is sent through WhatsApp or email for an initial editorial assessment before formal submission to OJS.
Manuskrip dikirim melalui WhatsApp atau email untuk dilakukan pemeriksaan editorial awal sebelum submission resmi melalui OJS.
Editorial Assessment Result — ≤ 2 Days / Hasil Penilaian — ≤ 2 Hari
The Editorial Office will communicate the result within a maximum of 2 days.
Editorial Office akan menyampaikan hasil penilaian dalam waktu maksimal 2 hari.
Possible results: Eligible, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Not Eligible.
Kemungkinan hasil: Eligible, Revisi Minor, Revisi Mayor, atau Not Eligible.
Formal OJS Submission / Submission Resmi melalui OJS
Manuscripts declared eligible may be formally submitted through the JTAF OJS system. The system will generate an Article ID.
Artikel yang dinyatakan eligible dapat disubmit secara resmi melalui sistem OJS JTAF. Sistem kemudian akan menghasilkan Article ID.
Fast-Track Payment / Pembayaran Fast-Track
Authors must include the Article ID in the transfer description and send payment confirmation through WhatsApp and/or email.
Penulis wajib mencantumkan Article ID pada berita transfer dan mengirimkan konfirmasi pembayaran melalui WhatsApp dan/atau email.
Payment Verification / Verifikasi Pembayaran
The Journal Manager or Editor verifies the payment and updates the payment status in the JTAF system.
Journal Manager atau Editor melakukan verifikasi pembayaran dan memperbarui status pembayaran pada sistem JTAF.
Fast-Track Activation / Aktivasi Fast-Track
After payment verification, the manuscript enters the JTAF priority processing workflow.
Setelah pembayaran terverifikasi, artikel masuk ke dalam alur pemrosesan prioritas JTAF.
Peer Review / Proses Peer Review
The manuscript undergoes the standard JTAF peer-review process, including reviewer assignment, scientific evaluation, reviewer recommendations, and revisions where required.
Artikel tetap menjalani proses peer review standar JTAF, termasuk penugasan reviewer, evaluasi ilmiah, rekomendasi reviewer, dan revisi apabila diperlukan.
Final Editorial Decision / Keputusan Editorial Akhir
The manuscript may receive a final decision of acceptance, revision, or rejection based on peer-review results and editorial evaluation.
Artikel dapat memperoleh keputusan akhir berupa diterima, direvisi, atau ditolak berdasarkan hasil peer review dan evaluasi editorial.
Publication Scheduling / Penjadwalan Penerbitan
Manuscripts that receive final acceptance will be assigned to an appropriate JTAF volume and issue.
Artikel yang telah memperoleh final acceptance akan dijadwalkan pada volume dan nomor terbitan JTAF yang sesuai.
Official Letter of Acceptance / Surat Penerimaan Resmi
The Official Letter of Acceptance (LoA) is issued only after the manuscript has completed the required editorial and peer-review process and has received final acceptance.
Letter of Acceptance (LoA) resmi diterbitkan setelah artikel menyelesaikan proses editorial dan peer review yang dipersyaratkan serta memperoleh keputusan final acceptance.
Payment Procedure / Prosedur Pembayaran
EN Fast-Track payment should only be made after the manuscript has been declared eligible, formally submitted through OJS, and assigned an Article ID.
ID Pembayaran Fast-Track dilakukan setelah artikel dinyatakan eligible, disubmit secara resmi melalui OJS, dan memperoleh Article ID.
Authors must include the Article ID in the payment description and send proof of payment through the official JTAF contact channels.
Penulis wajib mencantumkan Article ID pada berita transfer dan mengirim bukti pembayaran melalui kanal komunikasi resmi JTAF.
