Healthy food influencers sebagai determinan preferensi konsumsi makanan sehat di kalangan mahasiswa

Pemilihan konsumsi makanan sehat di kalangan mahasiswa menjadi perhatian penting dalam upaya pencegahan penyakit tidak menular sejak usia muda. Mahasiswa, yang termasuk dalam rentang umur dewasa muda, sering kali dihadapkan pada pilihan makanan yang kurang sehat karena keterbatasan waktu, biaya, serta paparan lingkungan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dan pengaruh healthy influencer dalam pengambilan keputusan memilih makanan sehat pada mahasiswa Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain Cross-Sectional Study. Lokasi penelitian yaitu di Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan. Populasi target dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa aktif Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 101 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner terstruktur yang mengukur variabel bebas (paparan dan persepsi terhadap healthy food influencer) dan variabel terikat (pemilihan makanan mahasiswa), di mana respons responden diukur menggunakan Skala Likert. Selanjutnya, analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Regresi Logistik Ordinal untuk menguji hipotesis dan mengetahui besarnya pengaruh healthy food influencer terhadap preferensi konsumsi makanan sehat pada mahasiswa. Healthy food influencer mempengaruhi preferensi pemilihan makanan mahasiswa sebesar 72,2% sedangkan 28,2% sisanya tidak dilakukan dalam penelitian ini atau berasal dari faktor lain. Kesimpulan yang didapat semakin tinggi intensitas mahasiswa menonton dan berinteraksi dengan konten influencer, semakin besar kecenderungan mereka untuk memiliki preferensi terhadap makanan sehat.
