1. Retraction

JTAF may retract a published article when there is clear evidence that the integrity or validity of the publication has been seriously compromised. Retraction may be considered when:

• there is a major scientific error that invalidates the conclusions of the article;
• the findings have previously been published elsewhere without appropriate cross-referencing and permission;
• there are ethical issues such as plagiarism or inappropriate authorship;
• unethical research has been reported; or
• the article contains material or data used without appropriate authorization.

Retraction Procedure

1. A complaint or concern may be submitted to the journal editor.
2. An article that may require retraction is brought to the attention of the editor.
3. The editor investigates the case together with at least two members of the Editorial Board.
4. The investigation includes review of relevant correspondence and documentation associated with the case.
5. The investigation is intended to ensure that appropriate procedures are followed and that editorial decisions are based on academic and ethical considerations.
6. The findings are reported to the Editorial Board for a decision on whether retraction is required.
7. If a published article is retracted, JTAF will publish a separate retraction statement linked to the original article. The published article will also be clearly marked as RETRACTED.

Penarikan Kembali (Retraction)

JTAF dapat melakukan retraction terhadap artikel yang telah diterbitkan apabila terdapat bukti yang jelas bahwa integritas atau validitas publikasi telah terganggu secara serius. Retraction dapat dipertimbangkan apabila:

• terdapat kesalahan ilmiah yang signifikan sehingga membatalkan kesimpulan artikel;
• temuan telah dipublikasikan sebelumnya di tempat lain tanpa referensi silang dan izin yang semestinya;
• terdapat masalah etika seperti plagiarisme atau pencantuman kepenulisan yang tidak tepat;
• ditemukan penelitian yang tidak etis; atau
• artikel memuat materi atau data yang digunakan tanpa izin yang sesuai.

Prosedur Retraction

1. Pengaduan atau laporan dapat diajukan kepada editor jurnal.
2. Artikel yang berpotensi memerlukan retraction disampaikan kepada editor untuk ditinjau.
3. Editor melakukan penyelidikan bersama sedikitnya dua anggota Dewan Editorial.
4. Penyelidikan mencakup peninjauan korespondensi dan dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan kasus tersebut.
5. Penyelidikan dilakukan untuk memastikan prosedur yang tepat telah diikuti dan keputusan didasarkan pada pertimbangan akademik serta etika.
6. Hasil penyelidikan dilaporkan kepada Dewan Editorial untuk menentukan apakah retraction diperlukan.
7. Apabila artikel yang telah diterbitkan diputuskan untuk diretract, JTAF akan menerbitkan pernyataan retraction secara terpisah dan menautkannya ke artikel asli. Artikel tersebut juga akan diberi penanda RETRACTED.

2. Withdrawal

Withdrawal applies to accepted articles and/or articles in press that have not yet reached final publication. Withdrawal may be considered when an article:

• contains significant errors in an early version;
• has been accidentally submitted more than once;
• involves multiple submission or duplicate submission;
• contains inappropriate or false authorship claims;
• contains plagiarism or fraudulent use of data; or
• otherwise violates professional or publication ethics.

An accepted article or article in press that is withdrawn will be removed from the publication schedule. Authors requesting withdrawal must submit a formal withdrawal request explaining the specific reason for the request.

Penarikan Naskah (Withdrawal)

Withdrawal berlaku untuk artikel yang telah diterima dan/atau artikel in press yang belum mencapai publikasi final. Withdrawal dapat dipertimbangkan apabila artikel:

• mengandung kesalahan signifikan pada versi awal;
• terkirim lebih dari satu kali secara tidak sengaja;
• melibatkan multiple submission atau duplicate submission;
• memuat klaim kepenulisan yang tidak tepat atau palsu;
• mengandung plagiarisme atau penggunaan data secara curang; atau
• melanggar etika profesional atau etika publikasi lainnya.

Artikel yang telah diterima atau artikel in press yang ditarik akan dihapus dari jadwal penerbitan. Penulis yang mengajukan withdrawal wajib menyampaikan permohonan secara tertulis dengan menjelaskan alasan spesifik penarikan naskah.

3. Correction

JTAF encourages readers and authors to notify the editorial office when they identify significant errors in published content. The journal will work with the authors and relevant parties to correct errors that materially affect the accuracy, interpretation, or discoverability of an article.

A correction may be required when, for example:

• important content in the article is incorrect;
• an error affects the interpretation of data or information presented in the article;
• funding information is incomplete or does not comply with applicable requirements; or
• article metadata, such as the author list or title, is incorrect and affects discoverability in indexing or abstracting services.

Minor copyediting or typesetting errors that do not affect the meaning or interpretation of an article are generally not corrected after publication. Content that falls outside the original scope of the article, such as additional references or updates based on information not available at the time of publication, is not normally added through a correction.

The editor will determine whether an error is significant enough to require a formal correction. If errors are so fundamental that they invalidate the article's findings, retraction may be considered instead.

Correction Format

• For accepted manuscripts or articles in press, corrections may be made directly to the online article before final publication.
• For articles already published in an issue, a separate correction statement will be published and linked to the original article.
• Where applicable, correction information should be made available to indexing systems and linked to the original publication.

Koreksi (Correction)

JTAF mendorong pembaca dan penulis untuk memberitahukan kepada redaksi apabila menemukan kesalahan signifikan pada konten yang telah diterbitkan. Jurnal akan bekerja sama dengan penulis dan pihak terkait untuk memperbaiki kesalahan yang secara material memengaruhi akurasi, interpretasi, atau keterlihatan artikel.

Koreksi dapat diperlukan apabila, antara lain:

• terdapat isi penting dalam artikel yang tidak akurat;
• kesalahan memengaruhi interpretasi data atau informasi yang disajikan;
• informasi pendanaan tidak lengkap atau tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku; atau
• metadata artikel, seperti daftar penulis atau judul, tidak benar sehingga memengaruhi keterlihatan artikel pada layanan pengindeksan atau abstraksi.

Kesalahan minor dalam penyuntingan atau tata letak yang tidak memengaruhi makna atau interpretasi artikel pada umumnya tidak dikoreksi setelah publikasi. Konten di luar ruang lingkup asli artikel, seperti penambahan referensi atau pembaruan berdasarkan informasi yang belum tersedia pada saat publikasi, pada umumnya tidak ditambahkan melalui correction.

Editor akan menentukan apakah suatu kesalahan cukup signifikan untuk memerlukan koreksi formal. Apabila kesalahan bersifat sangat mendasar sehingga membatalkan temuan artikel, retraction dapat dipertimbangkan sebagai tindakan yang lebih tepat.

Format Koreksi

• Untuk accepted manuscript atau artikel in press, koreksi dapat dilakukan langsung pada artikel daring sebelum publikasi final.
• Untuk artikel yang telah diterbitkan dalam suatu issue, pernyataan koreksi akan diterbitkan secara terpisah dan ditautkan ke artikel asli.
• Jika relevan, informasi koreksi harus tersedia bagi sistem pengindeksan dan ditautkan ke publikasi asli.
