Templates and Forms

Official manuscript template and supporting forms required for submission to Jurnal Agroekoteknologi Tropika Lembab.

Authors must use the official documents provided on this page when preparing a submission to Jurnal Agroekoteknologi Tropika Lembab (JATL). Using the official template and forms helps ensure that manuscripts comply with the journal’s technical, editorial, and ethical requirements.

Please download fresh copies of the documents before preparing a new submission. Authors should not remove required sections or substantially modify the principal structure of the documents.

Before downloading

The buttons below download the documents in Microsoft Word format. Save each file to your device, complete it offline, and upload the required documents through the JATL online submission system.

Document 01 · Required

JATL Manuscript Template

The official template for preparing manuscripts submitted to JATL. It provides the required page layout, typography, article structure, headings, tables, figures, citations, and reference format.

Document 02 · Required

Author Information Form

This form records complete information for every author, including names, affiliations, email addresses, ORCID iDs, corresponding-author information, authorship order, and other information required by the editorial office.

Document 03 · Required

Statement of Originality and Plagiarism-Free Manuscript

A formal declaration confirming that the submitted manuscript is original, has not been published previously, is not under consideration elsewhere, and complies with the journal’s plagiarism and publication-ethics policies.

Document Requirements

Statement of Originality Yes Completed, signed, and uploaded as a supporting submission document.
Supervisor Approval Letter If applicable Required for students of the Faculty of Agriculture, Mulawarman University, where applicable.

How to Use These Documents

  1. Download the latest version of all three official documents.
  2. Prepare the manuscript using the JATL Manuscript Template.
  3. Create a Complete Manuscript containing author information and an Anonymized Manuscript without information that may reveal the authors’ identities.
  4. Complete the Author Information Form for all authors in the correct authorship order.
  5. Complete and sign the Statement of Originality and Plagiarism-Free Manuscript.
  6. Prepare a supervisor approval letter and supplementary files where applicable.
  7. Upload each document separately through the JATL online submission system.

Recommended File Names

To help the editorial team identify submission files, authors are encouraged to use clear file names:

  • Complete_Manuscript_FirstAuthor.docx
  • Anonymized_Manuscript_FirstAuthor.docx
  • Author_Information_FirstAuthor.docx
  • Originality_Statement_FirstAuthor.pdf
  • Supplementary_File_FirstAuthor, where applicable
