Respons Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Bawang Dayak (Eleutherine americana Merr.) Terhadap Pupuk Kandang Ayam dan Kalium

Tanaman Bawang Dayak merupakan tanaman obat yang banyak tumbuh di Kalimantan dan berpotensi sebagai bahan obat modern sehingga diperlukan pengembangan dalam budidayanya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat interaksi pemberian pupuk kandang ayam dan kalium terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil Bawang Dayak, serta mendapatkan dosis terbaik yang dapat memberikan hasil terbaik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Sekolaq Oday, Kutai Barat dari bulan Januari sampai April 2024. Menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari dua faktor dengan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah dosis pupuk kandang ayam (P) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan (p) yaitu p0 = 0; p1 = 100; p2 = 200; p3 = 300 g per polybag. Faktor kedua adalah pemberian dosis pupuk KCl (K) dengan 4 taraf perlakuan (k) yaitu k0 = 0; k1 = 1; k2 = 2; k3 = 3 g per tanaman, dengan parameter yang diamati yakni tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang daun, jumlah umbi tanaman, berat basah dan berat kering umbi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis ragam (ANOVA) dan dilanjutkan dengan Uji Lanjut Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat interaksi yang nyata antara dosis pupuk kandang ayam dan dosis KCl terhadap hampir seluruh parameter, hal ini disebabkan reaksi pemberian pupuk kandang ayam yang relatif lambat dan KCl yang memiliki sifat mudah larut dan hilang saat terjadi hujan. Pemberian pupuk kandang ayam memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman dan panjang daun tanaman umur 1 dan 5 MST, serta jumlah daun tanaman umur 9 MST. Pemberian pupuk KCl berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun tanaman umur 5 MST dan panjang daun tanaman umur 9 MST. Dosis pupuk kandang 300 g per polybag menghasilkan hasil tertinggi yaitu sejumlah 18,58 umbi, berat basah 46,83 g per rumpun dan berat kering 15,78 g per rumpun. Dosis pupuk KCl 3 g per tanaman menghasilkan hasil tertinggi pada penelitian ini yaitu sejumlah 17,50 umbi, berat basah 44,83 g per rumpun dan berat kering 14,47 g per rumpun.Downloads
