Pemanfaatan Sekam Padi untuk Pembuatan Biobriket Menggunakan Metode Pirolisa

Biomassa memiliki potensi dan manfaat menjadi sumber energi alternatif pengganti bahan bakar fosil yang ada
sekarang ini, biomassa memiliki stok atau pasokan yang berlimpah, dalam penelitian ini digunakan sekam padi
untuk pembuatan briket dengan menggunakan metode pirolisa. Beberapa tahap persiapan dilakukan dalam
pembuatan briket dari sekam padi, yaitu menimbang sekam padi 25 g. Zat perekat yang digunakan lem kayu dan
bubur kertas, masing-masing bahan perekat ditimbang sesuai dengan perbandingan yang diinginkan 50 %, 75 %,
100 %, dan 125 %, dicampurkan sekam padi dengan bahan perekat sesuai dengan perbandingan yang di inginkan. Bahan pembuatan briket tersebut dimasukkan kedalam alat cetak biobriket dan dikeringkan di dalam oven, lalu dilakukan analisa terhadap briket tersebut, ada beberapa analisa yang dilakukan di antaranya analisa nilai kalor, kadar air, kadar abu, volatile matter, fixed carbon. Didapatkan hasil analisa nilai kalor dan volatile matter semakin besar sesuai dengan perbandingan perekatnya, dimana dengan perbandingan perekat lem kayu dengan bubur kertas yang dibuat menghasilkan nilai kalor yang tinggi pada perekat lem kayu.

The next point is, the agreement can be terminated if the author or JURNAL CHEMURGY violates the agreement and cannot make repairs to the customer within a maximum of 2 months after being given information asking for the violation to be corrected. If there is no violation of the agreement, the license will automatically terminate and affect JURNAL CHEMURGY.
Regarding royalties, so far, if it is following applicable legal regulations, the author will waive his right to collect royalties on articles that have been licensed by JURNAL CHEMURGY.
In publishing the article, the editorial process is successful. JURNAL CHEMURGY will continue it. JURNAL CHEMURGY has the right to adjust articles related to punctuation, spelling, capital letters, references used, and usage adapted to JURNAL CHEMURGY. The author acknowledges that the article can be published and accessed free of charge by the public.
