Reprsentasi Masalah Sosial dalam Game A Space For The Unbound Kajian Analisis Wacana A Teun Vand Dijk

Fokus penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah menganalisis representasi masalah sosial dalam Game A Space For The Unbound. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan masalah-masalah sosial yang terdapat dalam game tersebut berdasarkan indikator dan kategori yang telah ditetapkan.Metode penelitan yang digunakan ialah metode kualitatif. Penelitian metode ini berfokus pada eksplorasi dan pemahaman makna di balik sejumlah individua tau kelompok orang terkait dengan masalah-masalah sosial. Pendekatan kualitatif secara umum digunakan untuk menyelidiki aspek-aspek kehidupan masyarakat, sejarah, perilaku, konsep, masalah sosial, dan topik-topik lainnya. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik analisis wacana Teun A Van Dijk, untuk meneliti struktur teks, wacana kognisi, dan wacana konteks sosial, lalu dihubungkan dengan teori representasi Stuart Hall. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Game A Space For The Unbound merepresentasikan masalah-masalah sosial seperti pedagang yang nakal, perundungan, kekerasan dalam rumah tangga, dan premanisme yang kuat adanya relevansi masalah sosial yang ada di kehidupan sehari-hari.References
