PENGUKURAN PROFITABILITAS PERUSAHAAN SUB SEKTOR PERDAGANGAN RITEL YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA TAHUN 2018 – 2022

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel struktur dan perubahan organisasi terhadap profitabilitas yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2022, baik secara simultan maupun paralel. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini disebut purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis berganda regresi linier. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal yang diukur dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Ukuran Perusahaan (Size) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas Return On Asset (ROA) dan Ukuran Perusahaan (Size) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas Return On Asset (ROA)Downloads
