TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTABLE MODEL, ONLINE COSTUMER REVIEW AND RATING TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGGUNA APLIKASI MYPERTAMINA

Abstract

Perkembangan aplikasi saat ini diiringi oleh inovasi yang berkesinambungan. Salah satunya dengan hadirnya inovasi pembayaran nontunai atau pembayaran elektronik. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Technology Acceptable Model dan Online Costumer Review and Rating memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan dan kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh simultan dan parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa Technology Acceptable Model dan Online Costumer Review and Rating berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna MyPertamina dan variabel Technology Acceptable Model merupakan variabel yang dominan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.
