CaLLs: Journal of Culture, Arts, Literature, and Linguistics is an academic, open-access, and peer-reviewed journal. First published in 2015, it is managed by the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Mulawarman, Samarinda, Indonesia. The focus and scope of CaLLs: Journal of Culture, Arts, Literature, and Linguistics include, but are not limited to, research and learning in culture, language, literature, and the arts. The journal is published twice a year, in June and December, and accepts manuscripts in both Indonesian and English.

Submissions are open throughout the year. However, before submitting a manuscript, authors are encouraged to ensure that their work falls within the journal's focus and scope and complies with the Author Guidelines.

Accreditation Status

Based on the Decree of the Director General of Research and Development, Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Number 10/C/C3/DT.05.00/2025 concerning the Accreditation Rating of Scientific Journals for Period I of 2025 (March 21, 2025).
