PERBEDAAN NILAI GAP SCORE TERHADAP MORTALITAS PASIEN CEDERA KEPALA

Abstract


Cedera kepala merupakan masalah kesehatan yang menyumbang kematian dan kecacatan terbesar secara global di antara semua cedera terkait trauma. Penilaian kondisi klinis di awal untuk menentukan keparahan dan memperkirakan prognosis merupakan tantangan yang dihadapi. GAP score merupakan sistem penilaian trauma yang sederhana dan mudah digunakan serta memiliki akurasi yang baik dalam memprediksi kematian pasien trauma. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan nilai GAP score terhadap mortalitas pasien cedera kepala. Desain penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan metode cross sectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan data rekam medis pasien cedera kepala Januari-Desember 2020 di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 69 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Independent t-test  dan diperoleh nilai  p<0,01 (p<0,05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan nilai GAP score terhadap mortalitas pasien cedera kepala.
