Pengembangan Aplikasi Antrian Online MAL Pelayanan Publik Samarinda

Samarinda merupakan ibu kota Provinsi Kalimantan Timur mempunhyai beberapa masalah pada bagian pelayanan masyarakat. Masalah ini dikarenakan banyaknya antrian di loket-loket pelayanan apalagi yang berkaitan dengan hajat hidup masyarakat seperti perijinan usaha, pelayanan BPJS , catatan sipil, dan sebagainya. Aplikasi antrian online mal pelayanan publik ini nantinya dapat digunakan di SKPD manapun yang memerlukan semacam ini. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menerapkan Sistem Antrian Online dalam mendukung pelayanan masyarakat di Mal Pelayanan Publik Kota Samarinda. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat diantaranya dapat membantu Pemerintah dalam proses pelayanan kepada masyarakat secara efektif, efisien dan terukur
