Kosmopolitanisme Estetika dalam Musik Latin Sebagai Bentuk Representasi Identitas Nasional & Budaya

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi konsep kosmopolitanisme estetik dalam musik Latin sebagai bentuk representasi identitas serta menganalisis bagaimana seniman musik Latin menggunakan  estetika kosmopolitan untuk mengekspresikan identitas mereka dan menarik audiens yang beragam. Penelitian ini menghadirkan studi kasus genre musik Latin populer seperti reggaeton dan pengaruhnya terhadap pembentukan identitas nasional dan budaya Latin di Amerika Serikat. Penelitian ini mengilustrasikan bagaimana seniman bernegosiasi antara pengaruh budaya global dan lokal untuk menciptakan identitas unik yang beresonansi dengan penonton di seluruh dunia. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dari penelitian didapatkan melalui metode library research dimana data-data tersebut dikumpulkan melalui buku,jurnal dan dokumen resmi. Pada akhirnya, artikel tersebut berpendapat bahwa kosmopolitanisme estetik dalam musik Latin tidak hanya mencerminkan kompleksitas pembentukan identitas kontemporer tetapi juga memiliki potensi untuk mempromosikan pemahaman budaya dan dialog lintas batas.
