EKSPRESI VERBAL DOSEN FAKULTAS ILMU BUDAYA UNIVERSITAS MULAWARMAN TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN MERDEKA BELAJAR-KAMPUS MERDEKA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki ekspresi verbal dan persepsi melalui kajian linguistik. Subjek penelitian ini adalah ekspresi verbal dan persepsi dosen di lingkungan Fakultas Ilmu Budaya Universitas Mulawarman terkait program pemerintah Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif.
Penelitian kuantitatif akan dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada dosen-dosen PNS baru yang berhubungan dengan konsep merdeka belajar-kampus merdeka. Pertanyaan yang disampaikan dalam kuesioner dirancang sedemikian rupa untuk menggali pengetahuan dosen tentang kampus merdeka. Terdapat 18 orang dosen dari Fakultas Ilmu Budaya Universitas Mulawarman yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Sebagian besar dari mereka mengetahui program tersebut dan memberikan respon yang positif terhadapnya. Ekspresi verbal yang muncul mayoritas cenderung positif, hanya sedikit yang cenderung negatif.
Persepsi dosen-dosen Fakultas Ilmu Budaya juga bervariasi dalam menanggapi program ini, namun sebagian besar dari mereka memiliki pandangan positif terhadap program yang digaungkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi.
