This study aimed to determine the effect of different row spacing on the increase in plant height, leaf number, stem diameter, fresh weight, and dry weight of Indigofera zollingeriana plants. The study was conducted in Semoi Dua Village, Sepaku Subdistrict, North Penajam Paser Utara (PPU) from December 2017 to March 2018. The experiment used a Randomized Block Design. The treatments were (p1) row spacing of 50 x 100 cm, (p2) spacing of 75 x 100 cm, (p3) spacing of 100 x 100 cm, and (p4) spacing of 125 x 100 cm, each replicated six times. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA) and continued by Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at the 5% level. The results showed that 50 x 100 cm plant spacing gave a significantly better result on height increase, number of leaves, stem diameter, and fresh and dry weight of Indigofera zollingeriana seedlings compared to the wider spacings.
