Pengembangan Biogas Ramah Lingkungan dari Limbah Tanaman Pisang (Musa paradisiaca) dan Kotoran Sapi

Biogas adalah gas yang terbentuk melalui proses fermentasi anaerobik bahan organik, seperti kotoran ternak, limbah pertanian, maupun sisa makanan, dengan bantuan aktivitas mikroorganisme. Dalam penelitian ini perlakuan awal campuran untuk peningkatan produksi biogas dari berbagai bagian dari limbah tanaman pisang yang dicampur dengan kotoran sapi diselidiki. Perlakuan awal atau sampel meliputi P1 (kotoran sapi : air : daun pisang); P2 (kotoran sapi : air : batang pisang); P3 (kotoran sapi : air : kulit pisang); P4 (kotoran sapi : air : tangkai daun pisang); P5 (kotoran sapi : air : buah pisang). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbandingan produksi biogas dari berbagai bagian dari tanaman pisang dengan campuran kotoran sapi. Langkah-langkah penelitian ini meliputi penyiapan bahan baku, proses anaerobic digestion, mengamati kondisi fisik campuran dan analisa yang meliputi pengukuran pH awal dan pH akhir campuran, serta pengukuran volume biogas yang dihasilkan.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi campuran sebelum fermentasi terlihat homogen dan basah, sedangkan setelah fermentasi tampak pemisahan fase serta pertumbuhan jamur pada beberapa sampel. Nilai pH awal berada pada kisaran 7,1–7,7 dan menurun setelah fermentasi menjadi 4,1–7,0. Adapun volume biogas tertinggi dicapai pada P3 (98,31 mL), diikuti P2 (82,84 mL), sedangkan volume terendah terdapat pada P1 (2,11 mL).

If there is no violation of the agreement, the license will automatically terminate and affect JURNAL CHEMURGY.
Regarding royalties, so far, if it is following applicable legal regulations, the author will waive his right to collect royalties on articles that have been licensed by JURNAL CHEMURGY.
