Abstract


Smart buildings are designed with the ability to harness renewable energy, optimize energy use, and even channel excess energy back to the grid.. This research explores the integration of renewable energy technologies in smart building design to enhance energy efficiency and independence. As sustainable development practices become more prominent, the use of renewable energy sources and advanced control mechanisms has become crucial. The study offers a comprehensive overview of designing performing arts buildings, considering factors such as energy efficiency, lighting, monitoring, water usage, and air regulation. Through detailed descriptions and case studies, the research demonstrates how these variables can be incorporated into building design. The findings reveal that the synergistic integration of renewable energy technologies in smart building design leads to significant reductions in energy consumption, carbon footprint, and increased self-sufficiency of the building.
