Pengaruh Daya Juang, Kecerdasan Emosional, dan Modal Sosial Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Dengan Persepsi Keadilan Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Moderasi

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara daya juang, kecerdasan emosional, dan modal social terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan dengan persepsi keadilan organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur yang terletak di Bontang yang berjumlah 100 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi moderasi atau path analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara daya juang dengan organizational citizenship behavior karyawan dengan beta 0.224, t = 2.510, dan p = 0.014 < 0.050. Terdapat hubungan sangat signifikan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan organizational citizenship behavior karyawan dengan beta 0.297, t = 3.511, dan p = 0.001 < 0.050. Terdapat hubungan siginifkan antara modal sosial dengan organizational citizenship behavior karyawan dengan beta 0.186, t = 2.040, dan p = 0.044 < 0.050. Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara persepsi keadilan organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior karyawan dengan beta 0.222, t = 2.417, dan p = 0.018 < 0.050. Terdapat hubungan sangat signifikan antara daya juang dengan persepsi keadilan organisasi karyawan dengan beta 0.273, t = 2.863, dan p = 0.005 < 0.050. Terdapat ada hubungan sangat signifikan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan persepsi keadilan organisasi karyawan dengan beta 0.302, t = 3.408, dan p = 0.001 < 0.050. Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara modal sosial dengan persepsi keadilan organisasi karyawan dengan beta 0.213, t = 2.154, dan p = 0.034 < 0.050.
