SKRINING FITOKIMIA DAN IDENTIFIKASI MANGROVE DI PANTAI PANRITA LOPI KECAMATAN MUARA BADAK

Abstract


Mangrove are plants that live in tidal areas whose habitats are often found in areas of river and sea estuaries. Mangrove itself commonly used in ecology, economy and traditional medicine ingredients. This research aims to know the spesies and screening of the active compounds in mangrove leaves on Panrita Lopi Beach, Muara Badak. The identification was done by visual, while the active compounds test by phytochemical test. The result of the identification showed that there are 11 spesies of mangrove have been found. Bruguiera gymnorrhiza is the type of mangrove, compared to other types. The phytochemical test showed that from 11 samples, the most detected compounds are steroid, saponin and phenolic, respectively. While, the least detected compounds are alkaloids, triterpenoids, flavonoids and quinones.
