Analisis Kandungan Pb, Cd, Dan Cu Pada Berbagai Ukuran Kerang Darah (Anadara granosa) Di Muara Pantuan Kecamatan Anggana Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara

Abstract


Oil and gas industry activities, household waste, aquaculture land, transportation of fishing boats and coal transport vessels activities around Mahakam Delta can directly or indirectly create  environmental pollution, such as heavy metals in water bodies. Heavy metals can accumulate into the body of biota in waters such as Anadara granosa. This research aimed to determine the content of Pb, Cd, and Cu In Various Sizes of Anadara granosa In Muara Pantuan, Anggana District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This study was conducted from the month February–March 2018. The main parameters observed were Pb, Cd, and Cu in water and sediment. Heavy metals were analyzed using AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectrophometric). The range of Pb in Anadara granosa in the study location in Muara Pantuan was <0,003–2,00 mg/kg. While for Cd ranged from 29 to 2,62 mg/kg. The content of Cu ranged from 2,41 to 23,1 mg/kg. The ranges of Pb, Cd, and Cu contents in small, medium, and large sized of Anadara granosa were as follows: 0.44–11,6  mg/kg; 0,60–12,7 mg/kg; and 0,28–7,33 mg/kg, respectively. The results of statistical analysis on the content of Pb, Cd, and Cu between stations differed significantly, while the content of Pb, Cd, and Cu based on measurements significantly differed from small to medium size. Meanwhile, Pb, Cd, and Cu in large sizes are not significantly different from small and medium sizes.
