Identifikasi Jamur Patogen Bercak Daun Eucalyptus sp. dan Uji Ekstrak Daun Eucalyptus pellita F. Muell pada Jamur Patogen Bercak Daun secara in Vitro

Penggunaan pestisida sintetik sering kali berdampak negatif bagi lingkungan, sehingga penelitian ini berfokus pada alternatif yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jamur pathogen bercak daun Eucalyptus dan mengevaluasi efektivitas ekstrak daun Eucalyptus pellita F. Muell pada patogen bercak daun pada tanaman Eucalyptus. Dilaksanakan dari Mei hingga Agustus 2024 di Laboratorium Hama dan Penyakit Tanaman, Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Mulawarman. Penelitian ini disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan tujuh perlakuan konsentrasi ekstrak (0, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, dan 300 mL.L-1), dan 3 ulangan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan sidik ragam dan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penyebab penyakit bercak daun pada tanaman eucalyptus adalah Fusarium sp. Ekstrak daun Eucalyptus pellita efektif dalam menghambat pertumbuhan Fusarium sp sebesar 28,53 %. Konsentrasi terbaik adalah 300 mL.L-1, dan tidak berbeda secara statistik dengan konsentrasi 250 dan 300 mL.L-1. Sporolasi jamur juga terhambat yaitu kerapatannya sporanya sebesar 5,76 x 108. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak daun Eucalyptus salah satu potensi sebagai pestisida nabati yang dapat menghambat perkembangan Jamur Fusarium sp.Downloads
