Abstract

Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik atau Undang-Undang nomor 11 tahun 2008 atau UU ITE
merupakan Undang-Undang yang memiliki yurisdiksi yang berlaku untuk setiap orang yang melakukan perbuatan hukum
sebagaimana yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang ini, baik yang berada di wilayah Indonesia maupun di luar wilayah
hukum Indonesia yang memiliki akibat hukum di wilayah Indonesia dan/atau di luar wilayah hukum Indonesia dan
merugikan kepentingan Indonesia. Memiliki asas pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan transaksi elektronik dilaksanakan
berdasarkan asas kepastian hukum, manfaat kehati-hatian, iktikad baik dan kebebasan memilih teknologi atau netral
teknologi dan tujuannya adalah mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa sebagai bagian dari masyarakat informasi dunia,
meningkatkan efektivitas dan efesiensi pelayanan publik, mengembangkan perdagangan dan perekonomian nasional
dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, membuka seluas-luasnya kepada setiap orang untuk memajukan
pemikiran dan kemampuan di bidang penggunaan dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi seoptimal mungkin dan
bertanggung jawab dan memberikan rasa aman, keadilan dan kepastian hukum bagi pengguna dan penyelenggara
Teknologi Informasi. Sistem dibangun dengan menggunakan metode sekuensial linier / waterfall. Sistem informasi yang
terdapat didalamnya seperti profil UU ITE, pengumuman tentang perusahaan yang memiliki hak jual, serta disediakan
pendaftaran perusahaan.
