SISTEM INFORMASI PERIZINAN DAN PERMOHONAN REKOMENDASI (STUDI KASUS: DINAS PARIWISATA KOTA SAMARINDA)

Abstract

Tuntutan terhadap peningkatan pelayanan publik yang baik dan memuaskan masyarakat menjadi suatu
kebutuhan yang harus dipenuh oleh pemerintah. Dinas Pariwisata Kota Samarinda salah satu instansi
pemerintahan yang bertugas memberikan pelayanan permohonan rekomendasi perizinan meliputi : Izin
Mendirikan bangunan, Surat Izin Tempat Usaha, Tanda Daftar Usaha Pariwisata yang dinilai belum efektif dan
efisien karena prosesnya masih dilakukan secara manual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk
mengembangkan sistem informasi perizinan dan permohonan rekomendasi perizinan di Dinas Pariwisata Kota
Samarinda berbasis web agar dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik. Dikembangkan dengan metode
waterfall dan pemodelan analisis terstruktur, sistem ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemograman php dan
MySQL. Sistem akan diuji dengan metode black box dan analisis hasil penelitian dengan kuesioner. Hasil
penelitian ini adalah sistem yang dapat memudahkan pemohon mendapatkan informasi terkait permohonan,
pengajuan permohon, dan pemantauan status berkas permohonan. Disamping itu pegawai dapat mengelolah data
permohonan yang diajukan oleh pemohon secara cepat dan transparan.
