Abstract

Kegiatan praktikum tidak lepas dari peran seorang asisten praktikum. Asisten praktikum dipilih melalui
sebuah seleksi yang dilaksanakan oleh pengelola laboratorium. Pada proses seleksi penerimaan calon asisten
praktikum ini memiliki banyak penilaian diantaranya adalah microteaching, akademik, wawancara, dan
kepribadian. Pada penelitian ini proses seleksi ini akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Simple Multi
Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). Tahapan-tahapan metode SMART yaitu menentukan jumlah kriteria,
menentukan bobot kriteria, memberikan nilai parameter kriteria, menetukan nilai utiliti, menentukan nilai akhir.
Nilai yang diperoleh oleh masing-masing calon asisten akan dinputkan ke sistem pendukung keputusan ini dan
dihitung. Kemudian, akan ditampilkan hasil perhitungan tersebut berdasarkan urutan ranking dimana yang
memiliki nilai tertinggi akan berada di atas.
