Abstract

Analisis usability dengan menggunakan metode heuristik pada portal akademik Universitas Mulawarman
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat respon dan tanggapan dari pengguna portal akademik mahasiswa
Universitas Mulawarman dalam menggunakan sistem tersebut serta mengevaluasi kinerja sistem portal akademik
mahasiswa Universitas Mulawarman dengan menggunakan evaluasi heuristik. Metode heuristik adalah metode
rekayasa kegunaan untuk menemukan masalah kegunaan dalam desain antarmuka pengguna sehingga mereka
dapat diperhatikan sebagai bagian dari proses desain iteratif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi
tingkat usabilitas yang nantinya akan dijadikan rekomendasi pengembangan pada portal akademik mahasiswa
Universitas Mulawarman, evaluasi heuristik juga membantu tingkat prioritas dari masalah kontrol penggunaan,
pencegahan kesalahan dan pengguna ikon dari portal akademik mahasiswa Universitas Mulawarman.
