Abstract

Penentuan paket Kartu HALO sering menemui ketidaksesuaian bagi pelanggan, yaitu kurangnya pemahaman pelanggan
terhadap produk-produk yang ditawarkan. Suatu aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan dapat mempermudah pelanggan dalam mendapatkan informasi serta dapat membantu pelanggan memahami paket yang tepat. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sistem pendukung untuk menentukan paket Kartu HALO yang cocok bagi pelanggan menggunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan beberapa kriteria yaitu Harga, Kuota Telpon, Kuota SMS, Kuota Internet 3G dan Kuota Internet 4G . Sistem ini akan menjadi alat bantu media informasi pengambilan keputusan bagi pelanggan Kartu HALO untuk memutuskan pilihan paket.
