SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENJADWALAN LABORATORIUM FAKULTAS ILMU KOMPUTER DAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI UNIVERSITAS MULAWARMAN

Abstract

Penjadwalan dapat di-implementasikan dalam berbagai bidang.  Sebab, hampir setiap kegiatan membutuhkan jadwal agar dapat dijalankan dengan baik. Penjadwalan yang buruk dapat  mengganggu  jalannya  sebuah  acara.  Dalam kegiatan praktikum di laboratorium komputer Fakultas Ilmu Komputer dan Teknologi  Informatika  (FKTI)  Universitas  Mulawarman  juga  memiliki  jadwal yang akan diberikan kepada assisten laboratorium selaku pembawa materi dalam praktikum, dan praktikan selaku penerima materi praktikum. Subjek-subjek yang mengikuti praktikum tersebut adalah civitas akademik di FKTI Universitas Mulawarman, sehingga jadwal mata kuliah yang akan diikuti setiap civitas akademik fakultas akan mempengaruhi jadwal praktikum yang akan dilakukan. Praktikum-praktikum dalam jadwal termasuk alternatif dalam Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM). Sistem pendukung  keputusan  (SPK)  penjadwalan laboratorium  FKTI  Universitas  Mulawarman  dengan  metode  Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Peneliti menggunakan enam kriteria sebagai atribut untuk proses pengolahan yaitu ketersediaan asisten laboratorium, ketersediaan praktikan, tahun angkatan asisten laboratorium, tahun angkatan praktikan, jeda waktu asisten laboratorium, jeda waktu praktikan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi desktop yang memberi informasi berupa jadwal praktikum terbaik yang dapat diterima kepada staf laboratorium FKTI. Rekomendasi yang diberikan sistem berdasarkan pada masukan yang diberikan staf program studi berupa jadwal mata kuliah dan data praktikum  kemudian  diproses  denhan  metode  SAW sehingga menghasilkan rekomendasi jadwal praktikum terbaik.
