Analisis QOS Jaringan 4G Dengan Menggunkan Aplikasi Wireshark (Studi Kasus : Tepian Samarinda, Taman Samarinda, dan Taman Cerdas)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi kecepatan jaringan data seluler Telkomsel, Tri, dan XL di Tepian Samarinda, Taman Samarinda, dan Taman Cerdas dengan menggunakan parameter Quality of Service (QOS) untuk menghasilkan suatu informasi berupa Troughput, Packet Loss, Delay, dan Jitter. Dalam melakukan analisis ini menggunakan aplikasi tools Wireshark untuk mendapatkan parameter QOS. Dari hasil analisis, data yang diperoleh selama proses penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan melihat indeks parameter delay di jaringan Telkomsel, Tri, dan XL menggunakan standard penilaian, delay jaringan menurut standar THIPON masuk dalam kategori sangat baik / buruk stabil, selain itu hasil rata-rata variabel Jitter yang dihasilkan saat melakukan pengujian panggilan, sesuai dengan skala indeks menurut standar THIPON provider, dan masuk kategori kualitas jitter baik. Jitter menunjukkan kualitas suara yang dihasilkan, semakin besar jitter maka suara yang dihasilkan akan terputus-putus pada sisi penerima.References
