Abstract

Sistem Informasi di Rumah Sehat Dompet Dhuafa (RDD) Kaltim khususnya dalam sistem pendataan dan pendaftaran pasien masih menggunakan sistem manual yaitu dengan mengisikan data identitas dengan media kertas dan di input ke Microsoft Excel. Pada proses ini data yang diterima terjadi penumpukan dalam sistem manajemen, hal ini mengakibatkan banyak data pasien yang berubah ubah dan data akan sangat sulit dicari kembali. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan rancangan Sistem Informasi Pendataan Dan Pendaftaran Pasien Pada Rumah Sehat Dompet Dhuafa (RSDD) Klatim. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, penelitian secara observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Hasil dari penelitian membangun sebuah Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Data Pendaftaran Pasien Pada Rumah Sehat Dompet Dhuafa (RSDD) Kaltim Secara Digital Berbasis Web.
