SISTEM INFORMASI PENDAFTARAN DEWANTARA SCOUT COMPETITION 2015
Abstract
Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Dewantara Scout Competition 2015 merupakan sebuah sistem registrasi yang bersifat online agar para calon peserta lomba dimudahkan dalam proses administrasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memudahkan kepada seluruh peserta lomba baik dari daerah samarinda maupun peserta dari luar daerah luar samarinda yang masih dalam regional Kalimantan Timur untuk melakukan pendaftaran sehingga hanya datang pada saat perlombaan dimulai. Untuk perancangan sistem, model proses perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah model waterfall dan model desain sistem yang digunakan adalah Unified Model Language (UML). Sistem ini diimplementasikan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian ini merupakan sebuah sistem informasi pendaftaran Dewantara Scout Competition 2015. Sistem ini terbagi menjadi dua level pengguna, yakni halaman yang dapat diakses oleh admin dan peserta lomba. Bagi admin mendapatkan akses untuk manajemen user baru, baik user admin atau user peserta dan dapat melakukan aksi tambah, edit, dan hapus data user. Sedangkan halaman untuk peserta lomba terdiri dari ganti password, petunjuk pendaftaran serta halaman yang berisikan form pendaftaran sebanyak 4 halaman, untuk dapat diinput peserta sesuai dengan data yang mereka miliki agar dapat disimpan oleh sistem, serta halaman cetak bukti pendaftaran untuk peserta yang telah berhasil melakukan proses pendaftaran.
