SISTEM MANAJEMEN DATABASE SATUAN KERJA PEGAWAI FAKULTAS ILMU KOMPUTER DAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan menerapkan Sistem Manajemen Database Satuan Kerja Pegawai, yang dapat memudahkan manajemen pengelolaan kinerja dosen Fakultas Ilmu Komputer dan Teknologi Informasi Universitas Mulawarman di Samarinda. Adapun metode yang dilakukan dengan cara mengadakan wawancara maupun dengan observasi langsung ke lapangan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah melakukan wawancara dengan bagian kepegawaian tentang masalah yang sering dihadapi dalam mengelola data dan dengan cara mengamati langsung objek penelitian secara langsung serta pencatatan data secara sistematis terhadap suatu gagasan yang di selidiki tentang permasalahan yang terkait dengan SKP Dosen di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer dan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Universitas Mulawarman. Sehingga dengan Aplikasi  yang telah ada maka dapat membantu sistem pengelolaan kinerja dosen terkait tugas yang selama ini dilakukan oleh pihak kepegawaian.
