SISTEM INVENTARIS SARANA DAN PRASARANA DI FAKULTAS ILMU KOMPUTER DAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI UNIVERSITAS MULAWARMAN

Abstract

Permasalahan administrasi seperti ini menyebabkan waktu yang terpakai dan proses pengerjaan menjadi tidak efisien. Kondisi seperti ini membuat suatu instansi memerlukan sebuah sistem pencatatan yang mampu mendata seluruh sarana dan prasarana yang ada, yaitu berupa suatu sistem informasi inventaris. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sistem inventaris berbasis website yang digunakan untuk mempermudah proses inventarisasi atau pendataan barang di FKTI Universitas Mulawarman. Metode waterfall digunakan untuk merancang sistem inventaris. Sistem ini dapat memepermudah proses pendataan barang masuk, kondisi barang, lokasi barang serta dapat mendata peminjaman barang serta sistem ini dapat menghasilkan laporan yang dapat ditujukan kepada pimpinan.
