DIAGNOSA GANGGUAN SARAF MELALUI CITRA IRIS MATA DENGAN METODE REGION OF INTEREST

Abstract

Diagnosa iris mata mausia dapat menunjukkan keadaan organ tubuh. Adanya gangguan atau penurunan fungsi organ tubuh direfleksikan pada iris mata dalam bentuk perubahan struktur anyaman serabut saraf iris mata yang dikenal dengan iridologi. Iridologi merupakan ilmu pengetahuan yang didasarkan pada analisis susunan iris mata. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang suatu sistem diagnosa citra iris mata menggunakan metode Region of Interest. Sebagai masukannya menggunakan citra iris mata kanan. Keluaran dari sistem diagnosa ada dua yaitu kondisi saraf normal dan cincin saraf. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 20 citra iris mata dan program dapat mengenali 16 citra iris mata, sehingga program memiliki tingkat keakuratan sebesar 80%.
