Penerapan Metode Optimasi Heuristik Pada Pemilihan Event Organizer Terbaik

Perusahaan atau instansi yang mempunyai keterkaitan dengan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) salah satunya adalah biro perjalanan, yang merupakan sebuah kegiatan usaha yang bersifat komersial dimana menjadi wadah yang mengatur, dan menyediakan pelayanan bagi seseorang atau sekelompok orang untuk melakukan perjalanan. Di zaman modern seperti sekarang ini, usaha biro perjalanan semakin banyak bermunculan sehingga diperlukannya solusi untuk mencari biro perjalanan terbaik agar keinginan konsumen bisa terpenuhi. Sehingga pada penelitian ini salah satu cara untuk mencari biro perjalanan terbaik adalah dengan menggunakan metode optimasi heuristik yang bertujuan untuk mencari solusi yang terbaik. Untuk memperoleh hasil yang diinginkan menggunakan metode optimasi heuristik adalah dengan menggunakan parameter yang telah ditentukan dan target error dimana hasil yang diperoleh jika semakin mendekati target error maka semakin direkomendasikan kepada konsumen. Setelah melakukan serangkaian proses perhitungan pada penelitian ini dengan menetapkan target error 0,011 dan dengan parameter yang telah ditetapkan, maka diperoleh hasil keluaran W1 sebesar 0,2053, W2 sebesar 0,2063, W3 sebesar 0,2059, W4 sebesar 0,2051, dan W5 sebesar 0,1774. Dengan telah ditentukannya target error, maka dari kelima data tersebut yang paling mendekati target error adalah W5 dengan nilai sebesar 0,1774 dimana jika nilai keluaran yang diperoleh semakin mendekati target error, maka semakin direkomendasikan kepada konsumen.References
