Analisis Kualitas Teknologi 4G Terhadap Varian Internet Service Provider (ISP) Di Kota Samarinda Menggunkan Standarisasi Lirneasia

Abstract

Dalam menggunakan Internet Service Provider yang telah menyediakan Teknologi jaringan 4G, masyarakat terkadang tidak mengetahui apakah Provider yang mereka gunakan telah memiliki jaringan 4G yang stabil. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan pengujian terhadap kualitas jaringan 4G pada Provider Telkomsel, XL Axiata, dan 3Tri pada 10 daerah di Samarinda yaitu Jl.Pramuka, Jl.M. Yamin, Jl.Anggur, Jl.Juanda, Jl.Antasari, Jl.A.Yani, Jl.Gajah Mada, Jl.Lambung, Jl.Gatot Subroto, Jl.Kusuma bangsa Dengan menggunakan standar Quality of Service dari LIRNEasia. Hasil  penelitian, bahwa provider Telkomsel adalah provider terbaik karena telah memenuhi Variable Quality of Service dari LIRNEasia yang berupa Latency/Delay, Packet Loss, Jitter, dan Availability LIRNEasia pada 8 lokasi pengujian yaitu pada Jl. Pramuka, Jl.M.Yamin, Jl.Anggur, Jl.Juanda, Jl.Antasari, Jl.A.Yani, Jl.Lambung Mangkurat, dan Jl.Kusuma Bangsa dengan nilai rata Latency/Delay dibawah 300ms, Packet Loss di bawah 3%, Jitter di bawah 50 ms , dan Availability diatas 98%.
