Penerapan Metode AHP-TOPSIS Pada Penerimaan Beasiswa Bidik Misi Di Politeknik Negeri Samarinda

Abstract

Beasiswa adalah pemberian bantuan berupa keuangan yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa yang bertujuan untuk membantu meringankan beban mahasiswa yang kurang mampu ataupun yang berprestasi selama masa studinya. Dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa telah menggunakan komputer akan tetapi penggunaannya belum terlalu optimal, hal ini menyebabkan pengelolaan data beasiswa menjadi tidak efisien dari segi waktu dan perulangan yang akan diproses. Dalam masalah ini maka dibuat suatu sistem dengan tujuan untuk mengambil suatu keputusan dengan metode AHP-TOPSIS. Metode AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot kriteria, sedangkan metode TOPSIS proses pengurutan peringkat alternatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pengurutan prioritas calon penerima beasiswa bidik misi menghasilkan urutan peringkat yang berbeda antara metode AHP dan metode AHP-TOPSIS. Metode AHP-TOPSIS memiliki nilai rentang antara nilai tertinggi ke nilai yang terendah pada metode AHPTOPSIS lebih jauh yaitu 57.52% sedangkan AHP yaitu 2.32%. Dengan menggunakan metode AHP-TOPSIS perbandingan berpasangan jauh lebih kurang dibandingkan dengan metode AHP, dan langkah pengerjaannya lebih mudah dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode AHP-TOPSIS.
