SELEKSI PENGISI ACARA HUBURAN TVRI KALIMANTAN TIMUR MENGGUNAKAN METODE MULTIFACTOR EVALUATION PROCESS DAN ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS

Abstract

TVRI sebagai salah satu stasiun tv harus selalu menjaga kualitas dari sajian acaranya. Salah satunya pada program acara hiburan yang dimiliki TVRI yang membutuhkan jenis hiburan yang berkualitas. Penyeleksian pengisi hiburan selama ini dilakukan oleh staff penyeleksi dari seksi program TVRI tanpa bantuan sebuah sistem. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, dibuatlah sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan jenis hiburan dengan pertimbangan beberapa kriteria yaitu jenis pengisi acara hiburan, genre, lama berdiri, popularitas, dan pengalaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem proses penyeleksian pengisi acara hiburan dengan menerapkan metode multifactor evaluation process dan analytical hirarchy process untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kerja dengan proses seleksi yang lebih cepat dan tepat. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah mempermudah dan mempercepat proses penyeleksian dan menghasilkan jenis pengisi acara yang sesuai kriteria.
