SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN BERBASIS WEBSITE UNTUK PEMILIHAN DESTINASI PARIWISATA KALIMANTAN TIMUR DENGAN METODE ELIMINATION AND CHOICE EXPRESSING REALITY (ELECTRE)

Abstract

Wisata alam Indonesia memiliki potensi untuk dapat dikembangkan. Sebab, hampir seluruh wilayah di Indonesia memiliki keindahan alam yang cukup baik untuk dapat dijadikan daerah tujuan wisata. Potensi ini dimiiki salah satu wilayah Indonesia bagian tengah tepatnya provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Sektor pariwisata yang dimiliki provinsi ini sangat beragam, mulai dari wisata budaya, wisata sejarah, dan juga wisata alam. Pemilihan objek wisata termasuk kriteria permasalahan Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MADM). Sistem penunjang keputusan (SPK) Pemilihan destinasi pariwisata di provinsi Kalimantan timur dengan menggunakan metode ELimination Et Choix Traduisant la REalite (ELimination and Choice Expressing REality) atau yang sering disebut dengan metode ELECTRE. Peneliti menggunakan tiga kriteria sebagai atribut untuk proses pengolahan data yaitu biaya, jarak dan fasilitas. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi web yang memberikan informasi rekomendasi kepada user atau pengguna dalam hal ini merupakan calon wisatawan. Rekomendasi yang diberikan sistem didasarkan pada masukan yang diberikan user kemudian diproses dengan metode ELECTRE sehingga menghasilkan rekomendasi daftar destinasi pariwisata.
