SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PEMILIHAN PERUSAHAAN JASA PENGIRIMAN BARANG MENGGUNAKAN METODE SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING

Abstract

Peningkatan pengguna internet di Kota Samarinda membuat makin meningkat pula pembelian barang secara online. Barang yang dibeli secara online sebagian besar menggunakan jasa pengiriman barang. Banyak perusahaan yang menekuni jasa pengiriman barang, seperti TIKI, JNE, dan PT. Pos Indonesia membuat pengguna mendapatkan banyak alternatif untuk menggunakan jasa pengiriman barang. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi bagi pengguna online shop pada pemilihan perusahaan jasa pengiriman barang, seperti lama pengiriman, harga yang ditawarkan, pelayanan yang diberikan, hingga reputasi perusahaan. Untuk memudahkan pengguna memilih perusahaan terbaik, maka dibuatlah suatu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan perusahaan jasa pengiriman barang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk penentuan perusahaan pengiriman barang. Telah dihasilkan aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang diharapkan dapat membantu pengguna dalam pemilihan perusahaan jasa pengiriman barang
