Abstract

Hospital preparedness merupakan salah satu upaya kesiapsiagaan bencana di rumah sakit guna menjamin keselamatan sumber daya. Kesiapsiagaan bencana rumah sakit harus dipersiapkan sejak dini untuk mencegah terjadinya kematian, kecacatan, dan kejadian penyakit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aspek fungsional kesiapsiagaan bencana di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 orang staf Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping yang di ambil dengan teknik purposive sampling diantaranya staf bagian Ketua K3 Rumah Sakit, Komite Bencana, dan Farmasi. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah asfek fungsional kesiapsiagaan bencana di Rumah Sakit. Hasil penelitian di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping menunjukkan tingkat keamanan pada aspek tim komite bencana/organisasi rumah sakit mencapai 70%, aspek rencana tanggap darurat rumah sakit mencapai 81%, dan ketersediaan obat-obatan, persediaan, instrumen dan peralatan untuk situasi bencana mencapai 86%. Kesimpulan berdasarkan hasil penelitian Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping telah menerapkan aspek fungsional kesiapsiagaan bencana meliputi terbentuknya tim komite bencana, rencana tanggap darurat, ketersediaan obat dan peralatan. Tim komite bencana di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping dapat lebih efektif membentuk program persiapan secara berkala untuk memperkuat respon kegawatdaruratan bencana serta pemulihannya

Article Processing Charge

In order to improve the quality of articles, starting in June 2025 each article to be published in JKMM is subjected to a fee of IDR 550,000 or USD 34.
