Faktor Risiko Komorbid pada Kematian Covid-19 di Rumah Sakit X Tahun 2021

Latar Belakang & Tujuan: Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) merupakan penyakit yang mengancam kesehatan masyarakat baik internasional dan Indonesia dengan jumlah kasus dan kematian yang terus meningkat. Pasien konfirmasi COVID-19 dengan komorbid (penyakit penyerta) merupakan kelompok yang rentan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor komorbid yang mempengaruhi risiko kematian penderita COVID-19 di RS X Tahun 2021. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif analitik observasional dengan jenis desain Studi Kasus Kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling untuk sampel kasus 151 dan simple random sampling untuk sampel kontrol 453. Analisa data dengan menggunakan uji regresi logistik. Hasil: Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan variabel yang berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan kematian COVID-19 adalah penyakit ginjal, Penyakit Paru Obstruktif Kronis (PPOK), diabetes mellitus, kanker dan kardiovaskuler. Kesimpulan: Bagi masyarakat yang sudah terinfkesi COVID-19 dan disertai penyakit komorbid agar segera memeriksakan diri ke fasilititas pelayanan kesehatan serta segera mendapat penanganan medis, dan bagi masyarakat yang sudah terinfeksi COVID-19 disertai penyakit komorbid, belum dirujuk ke fasilititas pelayanan kesehatan supaya tetap mengontrol penyakit penyerta agar tidak mengalami perburukan dan tetap mematuhi protokol kesehatan.
