Faktor Risiko yang Berhubungan dengan Kejadian Kanker Payudara Wanita di RSUD Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi

Latar Belakang & Tujuan: Menurut data International Agency For Research On Cancer (IARC) diketahui bahwa pada tahun 2012 kanker payudara merupakan penyakit dengan kasus tertinggi pada penduduk perempuan yaitu sebesar 43,3% dan 12,9%. Faktor risiko yang berperan penting dalam kanker payudara adalah usia menarche, obesitas, lama penggunaan kontrasepsi hormonal, merokok, riwayat menyusui. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kejadian kanker payudara di RSUD Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi. Metode: Penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pasien yang terdiagnosa kanker payudara di RSUD Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi sebanyak 143 orang, sampelnya adalah 100 orang dengan pengambilan sampel accidental sampling. Penelitian dilakukan sejak April 2018 - Agustus 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dan data primer. Pengolahan data menggunakan komputerisasi, dan data dianalisa menggunakan analisa univariat dan bivariat kemudian diuji dengan statistik Chisquare. Hasil: Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 100 responden, terdapat (50%) yang menderita kanker payudara, (61%) usia menarche berisiko, (58%) obesitas, (56%) lama penggunaan konsepsi hormonal berisiko, (48%) merokok, (55%) riwayat menyusui berisiko. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji chi-square didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kanker payudara dengan riwayat menyusui (p-value = 0,005 dan OR = 3,500) dan tidak ada hubungan kontrasepsi hormonal dengan kejadian kanker payudara (p-value = 0,158 dan OR = 1,926). Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, usia menarche, obesitas, merokok dan riwayat menyusui merupakan faktor risiko terjadinya kanker payudara. Disarankan pasien kanker payudara melakukan pengobatan dan dianjurkan menjaga kesehatan dengan pola diet dan nutrisi serta melakukan aktifitas fisik secara teratur
