Hubungan Stadium Klinis Dengan Ketahanan Hidup Pasien Kanker Serviks Di RSUP Dr.Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar

Kanker serviks merupakan salah satu penyakit yang telah menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat di dunia sehingga dibutuhkan perawatan khusus untuk meningkatkan ketahanan hidup pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui probabilitas ketahanan hidup pasien kanker serviks di RSUP Wahidin Sudirohusodo dan faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di RSUP DR Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar dengan desain kohort retrospektif. Sampel yang diambil adalah seluruh pasien kanker serviks yang melakukan pengobatan di RSUP DR Wahidin Sudirohusodo periode 2010-2013 dan memiliki catatan rekam medis yang lengkap sebanyak 134 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penelusuran rekam medis. Data dianalisis dengan uji Regesi Cox. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh stadium klinis, kelengkapan pengobatan dan status pembiayaan terhadap ketahanan hidup pasien kanker serviks di RSUP Wahidin Sudirohusodo. 1. Probabilitas ketahanan hidup 60 bulan (5 tahun) kanker serviks adalah 10% dengan nilai median 30 bulan dan Pasien kanker serviks dengan stadium lanjut memiliki risiko meninggal 2,4 (Cl 95% : 1.248-4.356) kali dibandingkan dengan stadium awal. Pasien yang masih berada pada stadium awal sebaiknya melakukan pemeriksaan secara teratur dan diharapkan mempunyai inisiatif untuk bertanya kepada dokter tentang pengobatan yang akan dijalani dan mencatat waktu kunjung kembali untuk pemeriksaan rutin.
