Analisis Hubungan Sikap Terhadap Praktik Higiene Menstruasi Pada Siswa Perempuan Di Pesantren Ummul Mukminin Kota Makassar Tahun 2019

Ketika remaja putri sudah mulai menstruasi, hal utama yang harus diperhatikan adalah kebersihan pada saat menstruasi (Personal Hygiene). Hal ini dikarenakan pembuluh darah pada rahim sangat mudah terinfeksi ketika menstruasi karena kuman mudah masuk dan menimbulkan penyakit pada saluran reproduksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan sikap terhadap praktik hygiene menstruasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Penarikan sampel menggunakan exhaustive sampling yaitu sampel adalah seluruh siswa perempuan Kelas X dan XI di Pesantren Ummul Mukminin Kota Makassar sebanyak 147 orang. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji continuity correction. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara sikap terhadap praktik hygiene menstruasi siswi perempuan Pesantren Ummul Mukminin Kota Makassar dimana nilai p= 0.000 lebih kecil dari nilai (0.05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara sikap dengan praktik hygiene menstruasi siswi perempuan Pesantren Ummul Mukminin Kota Makassar. Adapun saran ditujukan kepada Remaja putri diharapkan untuk lebih menjaga kebersihan diri pada saat menstruasi.
