Hubungan Keikutsertaan Kelas Ibu Hamil Terhadap Kecemasan Ibu Dalam Menghadapi Persalinan Pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III Di Desa Branti Raya Kecamatan Branti Lampung Selatan Tahun 2019

Pelaksanaan kelas ibu bermanfaat dalam hal persiapan baik secara fisik maupun psikologis ibu dalam menghadapi persalinan.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan keikutsertaan kelas ibu hamil dengan kecemasan ibu dalam menghadapi persalinan pada ibu hamil Trimester III di Desa Branti Raya Kecamatan Natar Kabupaten Lampung Selatan Tahun 2018.
Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah semua ibu hamil trimester III di Desa Branti Raya Kecamatan Natar Kabupaten Lampung Selatan sebanyak 62 orang, sampel 62 orang. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi square.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan distribusi frekuensi responden yang tidak aktif dalam kegiatan kelas ibu yaitu sebanyak 36 responden (58,1%), yang cenderung stres sebanyak 18 responden (29,0%), Ada hubungan keikutsertaan kelas ibu hamil dengan kecemasan ibu dalam menghadapi persalinan pada ibu hamil trimester III di Desa Branti Raya Kecamatan Natar Kabupaten Lampung Selatan Lampung Selatan Tahun 2018 (P value 0,022. OR 5,5). Diharapkan tenaga kesehatan dan petugas kesehatan untuk lebih mengenalkan konsep kegiatan kelas ibu hamil pada masyarakat dan keuntungan yang diperoleh ibu hamil selama mengikuti kelas ibu hamil serta meningkatkan kualitas pelaksanaan kelas ibu hamil
