Pendeteksi Gangguan Jaringan Lokal Menggunakan Metode Certainty Factor

Banyak pengguna komputer yang kurang memahami dalam penanganan kerusakan jaringan lokal mengakibatkan pengguna komputer atau suatu institusi memerlukan pakar untuk memperbaiki kerusakan yang terjadi pada jaringan lokal. Dalam hal ini pakar yang dapat melakukan perbaikan tidak selalu ada saat terjadi trouble. Aplikasi sistem pakar ini dibuat untuk membantu pengguna komputer dalam melakukan deteksi terhadap suatu kerusakan jaringan yang dialami beserta solusi perbaikan. Proses pembangunan sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode akuisisi pengetahuan dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan induksi aturan. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam pembangunan sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode certainty factor dengan menggunakan inferensi forward chaining. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu membangun suatu sistem sebagai alat bantu pengguna dalam mendeteksi gangguan lokal yang terjadi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan sistem pakar pendeksi gangguan jaringan lokal menggunakna metode certainty factor dapat diimplementasikan pada aplikasi pendeteksi gangguan jaringan lokal dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 92% dari nilai rata-rata certainty factor sebanyak 17 gangguan.
