Studi Pendahuluan: Perancangan Web SIG Pendukung Keputusan Untuk Penentuan Lokasi Hutan Kota Balikpapan

Balikpapan adalah salah satu kota besar yang berada di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dengan luas wilayah
mencapai 843,48 KM2.. Berdasarkan RTRW Kota Balikpapan 2012-2032 pemerintah kota ini telah menetapkan
52% sebagai kawasan hijau dan 48% kawasan terbangun. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat studi pendahuluan
mengenai perancangan WebSIG pendukung keputusan untuk penentuan lokasi RTH Kota Balikpapan.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survey mendalam untuk melihat kondisi RTH Kota Balikpapan serta
wawancara dengan responden key-person untuk mengetahui metode pengelolaannya. Penelitian ini
menghasilkan deskripsi keberadaan RTH Kota Balikpapan serta analisis pendahuluan terhadap penerapan
metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) pada kriteria penentuan lokasi hutan kota.
