Penerapan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Untuk Menentukan Sisa Hasil Usaha Pada Koperasi Pegawai Negeri

Penggunaan alat bantu komputer sebagai alat pendukung dalam bidang manajemen akuntansi sudah merupakan kebutuhan mutlak. Koperasi tidak hanya membutuhkan tenaga terampil yang memahami konsep dasar akuntansi secara manual, tetapi juga penguasaan dengan alat bantu komputer. Proses perhitungan Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) pada koperasi bukan merupakan proses yang mudah karena perhitungan SHU ini berdasarkan transaksi, kejadian dan keadaan ekonomi yang timbul dari kegiatan usahanya, terlebih jika masih diproses secara manual. Jika dilakukan dengan proses manual proses ini membutuhkan waktu yang tidak sedikit untuk melayani anggota. Oleh sebab itu perlu dibuat Sistem Penunjang Keputusan Penentuan Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) pada Koperasi Pegawai Negeri. Sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses penyimpanan dan peminjaman pada koperasi karena proses penentuan keputusan dibantu secara komputasi modern dengan bantuan komputer. Hasil dari penelitian ini dibuatlah perangkat lunak dengan menggunakan Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 sebuah Sistem Penunjang Keputusan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP memiliki keunggulan dibandingkan metode lainnya karena dapat digambarkan secara grafis melalui matriks. Hasil akhir SPK ini berupa laporan jumlah SHU yang diterima setiap anggota pada Koperasi Pegawai Negeri dalam satu tahun. Jika Sistem Penunjang Keputusan penentuan SHU Koperasi diimplementasikan secara optimal maka masalah yang timbul karena proses penginputan, penyimpanan, pencarian, transaksi dan perhitungan Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) yang sebelumnya merupakan salah satu kendala dalam menjalankan proses operasional koperasi dapat teratasi dengan baik.
