Abstract

Penentuan wilayah migrasi internet merupakan hal yang sangat krusial bagi perebahan jaringan dalam pengambilan keputusan bagi PT Telkom Indonesia Samarinda. Ketika suatu wilayah migrasi ditentukan dengan keliru maka dapat mengakibatkan berbagai permasalahan. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dapat digunakan untuk membantu manusia mengambil keputusan, di dalam prosesnya sistem menggunakan metode Preference Ranking Organization Methods for Enrichment Evaluations (PROMETHEE). Metode PROMETHEE adalah metode outrangking yang fleksibel dan sederhana dalam menentukan atau menganalisa masalah-masalah multikriteria. Kriteria yang digunakan adalah revenue, tingkat gangguan, jenis perangkat, dan jumlah pelanggan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini agar dapat memberikan rekomendasi pemilihan calon wilayah atau RK (Rumah Kabel) sehingga PT Telkom Indonesia Samarinda dapat menentukan wilayah yang akan di migrasikan dengan jaringan optik. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan wilayah migrasi internet yang dapat melakukan penentuan wilayah migrasi internet.
