Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Program Studi Di Universitas Mulawarman Menggunakan Metode Tsukamoto (Studi Kasus : Fakultas MIPA)

Abstract

Fakultas MIPA mempunyai 5 Program Studi. Selama ini proses pemilihan program studi oleh calon mahasiswa dilakukan dengan beragam cara. Sering terdengar mahasiswa yang merasa tidak cocok dengan minatnya ketika memperoleh materi kuliah di perguruan tinggi, dan akhirnya pindah program studi. Hal lain yang juga dapat berakibat negatif adalah waktu dan tenaga yang terbuang dari para mahasiswa yang pindah program studi.Terdapat dua kriteria utama bagi calon mahasiswa yang penting untuk dipertimbangkan yaitu kriteria akademis dan minat. Didalam penelitian ini dibangun Sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode Tsukamoto sebagai metode yang cukup baik untuk menangani pengurutan data multikriteria.Dari hasil penelitian di dapatkan hasil bahwa metode Tsukamoto mampu memberikan rekomendasi program studi yang memiliki kriteria yang sesuai dengan kriteria dari pengguna.
